Duties/Responsibilities:
●Coordinate sales & marketing operation
•Periodic visit to the corporate clients to meet their requirement and expectations
●Achieve Annual Sales Budget
•To achieve the forecasted room nights / revenue by meeting the budget.
•Utilize variety of sales and marketing tools to uplift brand image
•Seek out new business and develop and nurture existing customers to increase sales levels.
●Assess Commercial feasibility and produced ROI proposals
•To assist Managing Director in preparing the marketing plan, annual budget, forecasting etc, according to the Sales and Marketing Policy of the company
●Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required
●Develop and maintain a network of client contacts.
●To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.
●To constantly be aware of new business opportunities and action these.
●All other duties as required by the General Manager. |

Duties/Responsibilities:
●Design & Execute entire account section in the 1st mth with suitable softwares to run CHL
●Integrate hotel s/w with existing other softwares
●Make paperless office set up in 6mths time
●To maintain all books of accounts with supervision.
●To prepare of monthly financial statements.
●Responsible for the Accounts Payable department
●Responsible for Credit Management and the Accounts Receivable function.
●Responsible for regular and spot check verification of hotel cash banks, individual cash floats and petty cash floats.
●Responsible for the monthly payroll and related reports.
●Responsible for the Cost Control function. |

Duties/Responsibilities:
●Supervision of duties of room boys
●Control inventory of the central store
●Ensure timely supply to the house keeping supervisors and maintenance personnel
●Prepare requisition list for procurement
●To complete a daily / weekly log of all activates.
●Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, restaurants and security, regarding VIP and group check-ins
●Participated in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and procedures for the operation of the department
●Capable to handle the clients and communication with them independently
●Following up the customers’ feedback and ensuring satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:
●Take care of Guest Relation
●Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all policies and procedures and systems used in each sector of the front office sectors, to be able to give a decisive supervision to the staff when needed
●Ensure that the various reports required for the day to day operation are completed accurately, and distributed to the concerned departments
●To participate in the requested monthly statistics and reports.
●Ensure that all guests receive a courteous welcome upon check in.
●Act as a salesperson in order to maximize the room’s revenue.
●Ensure proper handling of guest mail, messages and parcels.
●Dealing with all types of guest complaints and take preventive steps immediately.
●Handling PABX System
●Handling CCTV operation
●Supervise subordinates with usual front office activities.
●Being knowledgeable of all the credit cards and cashing policies efficiently. |
